Shipping policy

Every Waterline piece is made to order. Production begins as soon as you place your order, and every design is checked before it prints.

Turnaround

United States: 7–10 days from order to your door — production plus shipping. US shirts and hoodies are printed in the USA.

Australia and New Zealand: 7–12 business days from order to your door.

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in your currency. Free standard shipping on US orders of $300 or more, on Australia orders of A$400 or more, and on New Zealand orders of NZ$500 or more. Below that, Australia and New Zealand orders pay a flat shipping rate per order, shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Australia and New Zealand. If we can't ship to your country yet, no shipping option will appear at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Australia and New Zealand orders are delivered duties paid — there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. US orders ship domestically, so there are no import duties.

Packages

Australia and New Zealand orders arrive together in one box. In the US, the free boat towel is made separately and may arrive in its own package — you'll receive tracking for each package as it leaves.
