Shipping

US shipping is calculated at checkout — free on US orders over $150. Standard turnaround: 7–10 days from order to your door (made to order — production + shipping from the USA). We also ship internationally to most major destinations (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, NZ and more) — rates shown at checkout, typically 10–20 business days; any import duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Defective or damaged orders are replaced free — email hello@waterlinecustom.com within 14 days with photos.

Wrong-size orders that we shipped get replaced free. Wrong-size orders you placed don't qualify for full return, but we'll work with you on a discounted reorder.

How it's made

The sketch you pick in the designer is exactly what we print — there is no separate proof email. Production starts when you order; every shirt is made to order in the USA.
