Shipping policy

Every Waterline shirt is made to order and printed in the USA. Production begins as soon as you place your order.

Turnaround

US orders: standard turnaround is 7–10 days from order to your door — production plus shipping. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. You'll receive a separate email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Free standard shipping on US orders of $150 or more. International shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to most major international destinations — including Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and parts of Asia. If we can't ship to your country yet, no shipping option will appear at checkout.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.

Multiple packages

Some orders ship in more than one package (for example, a free towel may ship separately from your shirts). If your order ships in parts, you'll receive tracking for each package as it leaves.
